Description: It is also known as the Mexican Crocodile. It can measure 4.9 to 8.9 feet in length. It is dark grayish-brown with dark bands and spots on the body and the tail. Juveniles are bright yellow with some dark bands.

Location: Mexico, Belize and Guatemala.

Food: Fishes, insects, small mammals (dogs, cats, goats), birds, other reptiles, gastropods, crustaceans.
